We are so appreciative to Adam Woods and the team at McGrath for their support and guidance as first time sellers. Adam showed confidence in our property, honesty about price and was very courteous letting us know what was happening every step of the way - we never had to follow up with him, he always contacted us to let us know how things were going. We highly recommend Adam and could not have asked for a better experience.

Adam, has kept in touch with me for 2 years after me mentioning that I may be interested in selling one of my properties at some stage. To his credit , he called to say hello every 5 or 6 months and was just so lovely, kept me informed about the market, never one asked me if I was ready to sell. Listed my property with him a couple of weeks ago and it sold before the first open home at full asking price. Great work , thanks Adam.
