We were very happy with the service provided by Bruno. He communicated with us on a regular basis and always advised us of results of attendees and interest expressed at each open for inspection and during the days prior to and afterwards. He was very open and honest and clear with us about his thoughts on the value of our property and genuinely interested clients. We could approach him at any time to ask questions or to talk about our concerns. We were very comfortable in his knowledge of the market and of his dealings with our tenants that were living in the home. On the auction day we felt very calm and happy and reassured that our home was in highly capable hands and we are grateful for Bruno's skill in helping us to achieve an amount higher than our expectations!
