Once in a while although very rare these days do you may a break and find some one honest, dedicated, loyal and hard working, yes I’m referring to Michael, Elaine and their staff at McGrath real estate Coburg, I can honestly say that this team delivered what was promised, it’s not about just getting the best sale price although this is an important factor but the communication and integrity stood proud, I have no hesitation to any one in recommending this up most professional team at McGrath real estate for selling or buying, this is the team which you can trust. Best Regards Joe Cianflone.

Getting Bruno to manage the Sale process on more than 1 of the properties we sold was easy and streamlined, no stress involved.

Strong liaison on a weekly basis was of immense comfort and value to me. Michael's knowledge reflected his thirty years in the industry with much guidance given by him. Nick, his colleague demonstrated true professionalism with all Open for inspections well conducted. Nothing was too much trouble with Nick having to travel across town with a moments notice to have an important document signed. Very impressive. I would strongly recommend Mc Grath to anyone who wants to be well guided through the trial of selling their house.

Bruno understood my needs from the start. Bruno helped very step of the way, he kept me updated and advised me what was coming and was very open and honest. Selling my aunties home was a big deal, I work full time and not always able to be on the phone. Bruno worked around me and also texted me to keep me updated. Overall Bruno made selling my aunties house a breeze, and achieved an amazing result at action. Will definitely recommend Bruno to anyone selling a home.

We were very happy with the service provided by Bruno. He communicated with us on a regular basis and always advised us of results of attendees and interest expressed at each open for inspection and during the days prior to and afterwards. He was very open and honest and clear with us about his thoughts on the value of our property and genuinely interested clients. We could approach him at any time to ask questions or to talk about our concerns. We were very comfortable in his knowledge of the market and of his dealings with our tenants that were living in the home. On the auction day we felt very calm and happy and reassured that our home was in highly capable hands and we are grateful for Bruno's skill in helping us to achieve an amount higher than our expectations! We highly recommend Bruno to anyone interested in selling their home.
