Selling a home is quite a daunting task. Faced with the myriad of agents wanting your business and telling you what you want to hear, who do you choose. For us it was an agent with proven ability and results in the area. After meeting with several agents we chose Bruno Zugaro from Hocking Stewart. Bruno held the record result (sale price) for a house in our street- so he definitely had the proven results. After meeting with Bruno there was no doubt in our minds that he was the guy for us. Bruno and his associate Ben worked tirelessly thoughtout the whole campaign keeping us informed every step of the way. The end result was we sold our house for a price above our expectations. Bruno has a new record price in our street.. I highly recommend Brun Zugaro and the team at Hocking Stewart. Professional, honest, transparent and hassle free experience..

From start to finish Michael Chan and his team provided an excellent service which culminated in a great sale result for our property. As first time vendors, we were looking for an agent who was genuine, personable, experienced and a great communicator. Michael and his executive assistant Elaine Foster ticked all these boxes. Michael immediately stood out against the competition, demonstrating a keen understanding of the local market, potential buyers and the unique appeal of our property. We were well informed at every stage in the process and any queries we raised were promptly responded to. Michael led both the sales campaign and the auction providing a seamless and well integrated approach to selling our property. We would have no hesitation in recommending Michael and his team to anyone looking to sell.
