Having been searching for a while we have experienced that not all agents are honest or listen. Bruno is very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. He was generous with his time even when we decided to not proceed with a purchase. Later we returned to Bruno and he achieved a sale. We couldn't speak more highly about him.

Having worked in the real estate industry years ago, I had an idea of how busy real estate sales people are. I anticipated that I would be one of many vendors and have contact with Michael and his team if and when they had time. I was right in that they were busy, but Michael and his team (Elaine, Ben and Angela) were amazing. I was kept upto date with every inspection and each step was communicated to me. Nothing was too much to ask, my questions and comments were heard and considered in the sale of my property. The sale of my unit was as much a priority to Michael as was the sale of an executive family home. My unit was sold within 8 days, with only 2 opens, the marketing was spot on. So the real estate industry has changed, for the better. Michael and his team provided the best customer service and I am truly grateful.
