My sister and I are very satisfied with the result achieved on the sale of our family home of 43 years. The team at hockingstuart Coburg did a fantastic job. Michael Chan is a very pleasant and easy going person to deal with. His conduct was thoroughly professional and polite. He know his business about selling houses, answered all our questions and kept us informed of all aspects of the auction process at the meetings we had with him and his staff. His advice was also well appreciated. We both highly recommend Michael to anybody wishing to sell their property. Special thanks to Elaine also.

We could not be happier with our choice of real estate agent, Michael Chan. We have had the pleasure of working with him on the sale of another property so when it was time to list again it was a no-brainier that we would list our property with Michael. His professionalism, outstanding knowledge and excellent customer service abilities make him a fantastic agent and the reason why he was able to deliver a seamless property campaign and incredible result for us at auction. He and his team provided first class service before, during and after our campaign. We knew we were in very capable hands with Michael and therefore would list with him again without question. A very big thank you to Michael and the team at Hocking Stuart Pascoe Vale & Coburg!

Having been searching for a while we have experienced that not all agents are honest or listen. Bruno is very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. He was generous with his time even when we decided to not proceed with a purchase. Later we returned to Bruno and he achieved a sale. We couldn't speak more highly about him.
