Hi McGrath team, My partner and I are very excited to be living in Sawtell for the location and the place we are renting has its uniqueness. Unfortunately we feel let down by the lack of attention to detail upon us starting our lease. The place very clearly had not been cleaned by a cleaning service or on the odd chance it has the real estate have not picked up on the places that were not clean (surface visible). There are photo frames stuffed behind cupboard, broken blinds inside the cupboard and the kitchen taps plumbed oppositely. Both my partner and I are listed on the lease however only one set of keys given to us. Extra keys that do not have a purpose and realestate also unsure what the extra keys lead too. We hope future experiences are improved. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback.
