We had the opportunity to view the property prior to accepting it. I was very happy with the location, it is central to everything that we are looking for. The price was very cheap affordable for us, and the management site of it was very professionally handled. Staff very very polite and respectful in how they gave us information. We know our line of report and who to contact if we need assistance. The service that was offered to us like the connection of the electricity before we moved in, was fantastic. I haven't used it before. It save us from looking around for it. We had a call immediately from the electricity company the day after we sign the contract. The electricity was connected before we moved in. It takes a lot of pressure from us. We are very happy with the service we received and happy with the property we are staying in. Overall, it is an excellent service we had received from McGrath Real Estate staff. Appreciated all the service that we had received.
