We were most impressed with Tom's commitment to the sale and his preparedness to get on the front foot in his approach, with finger to the market's pulse, and achieve a great result for us. Tom worked hard behind the scenes at chasing up any interest and proved himself a great communicator, keeping us up to date on all aspects of the sale process. Our property was not an easy sell; a metaphorical "renovator's delight". However, Tom was more than happy to roll up his sleeves and go the big lift, ultimately identifying and chasing the right type of candidate for the sale. Tom is a keen young agent with a big future in the industry and he will only get better. With a few more winters under his belt, he really could be anything.
