Beck sat down immediately and explained everything that I needed. I had been in hospital after a bad fall and she just organised my life for me. She brought all the paperwork needed as I wasn't able to leave the house and brought all paperwork to be signed etc. The morning that the removalist arrived I was taken back to the hospital and she came and spent the whole day sitting on my floor as the men emptied the house. I will never ever meet a lady who gave absolutely everything she could to help. Nothing was too much trouble. I will never forget the type of person I have met and I will probably never meet one. She told me to call her any time a day and I did have to lean on her. Nothing was too difficult. She always was smiling and happy and extremely organised.
