We knew from our first meeting you understood Narelle's needs and would do all you could to help her transition smoothly from one property to the next.
You went above and beyond with all you did throughout the sales process.
You were very professional and kept us informed of everything that was happening.
You continually liaised with Narelle's solicitor, us and the sales consultant of the new property that was being built for Narelle to ensure a smooth transition of a simultaneous settlement.
Being in Sydney I couldn't be there throughout the sales process and as you know Narelle was very nervous about people being in her home. You made sure you were there at all times keeping her comfortable not only for viewings but also for the building & pest inspections etc.
As you know on the day of settlement Narelle had a medical emergency and ended up in hospital. As soon as you found out you came to the house and helped me organise the removalists, a final clean up of the house and those last minute jobs that needed doing.
We can't thank you enough for all you did and would highly recommend you to anyone selling their home.
