We choose Shayne because he has a good reputation in the Sawtell area. He is a local who is trusted and very well liked. I felt from the very first meeting we had with him, he always had our best interests at heart. I know trying to sell a property going into Christmas is always difficult, and we did have some buyers who were quite difficult to deal with, but I always found Shayne to be professional and to act with integrity.
