Rebecca was really helpful throughout the whole process of selling our home. He was great, knew what the market was doing. Kept in touch at least once a week and updated us all the time. He went out of his way with all that he did for the sale of our house. We would highly recommend using Shayne when buying or selling a house. Ed Shayne is sincere, courteous, friendly and down to earth and wishes to gain the best result for his clients. He goes beyond his duties to help sell there property. We would receive 2-3 updates per week by phone and by email. Shayne knows the market prices really well and he knows what the seller minimum price is,and negotiated to get as close to the the highest sale price, he doesn’t just take the first offer.
