I've bought and sold a number of properties in my life and found Mario to be one of the best in the business. He's an honest communicator and in my opinion is as genuine as they come. Our property didn't take long to sell as I believe it was marketed accurately. Every step of the way Mario was there to listen, discuss and provide professional advice. The whole experience was easy and straightforward, in fact .. a pleasure!

Feel very grateful and lucky to have dealt with Mario and his team on this purchase. You don’t buy a house every day and you need people around you that you can trust as there were a number of hurdles we had to jump. We intend to use Mario for any and all future property dealings.

Jill and her team did a great job on the sale of our home in Wheeler Heights and kept us updated every step of the way. We considered a few agents before selecting McGrath Collaroy because we felt that Jill and Sally would be effective, efficient and great negotiators and importantly pleasant and friendly to deal with and they proved to be all of those things.

From start to finish Jill and the team were very transparent and willing to work with us and the vendor to get the best outcome. A friendly approach, and always at hand to walk us through the details, I couldn't fault the process!

Jill and Sally were great to deal with and kept us informed along the way. Jill is honest and did not over promise on anything. In a very difficult market, Jill managed to sell our house for an amount we were happy with. The day before the auction Jill did a fantastic job 'working' the interested parties and this resulted in us not needing to go through the auction process. We highly recommend Jill.

Mario has helped us formulate a great strategy for selling out house. He’s kept us in the loop every step of the way and has given us excellent advice with what we needed to do (and not to do) to maximise our sales price. We are really happy with the whole process end-to-end including the McGrath team supporting Mario. Thank you.

From the moment we met with her we felt assured Julie would do her best for us and she didn’t disappoint, getting a fantastic result well under the average days on market. Julie kept in touch, calling regularly and ensuring we were informed every step of the way. We will definitely work with Julie again when we next sell.
