As Jill and the McGrath team had been so helpful with buying and renting out the property, it was an easy decision to sell the apartment through Jill. Again, she did not disappoint. Giovannis was extremely helpful in relation to my recent house purchase in Wheeler Hegihts - he was knowledgeable about the local area and the local market and I felt I could trust his judgement - he was also accurate in his estimate of what the house would go for at auction, which was useful. He was also very obliging about giving me access to the house betwen the auction at settlement to measure up etc.
