I recently engaged the service of Mario and his team to sell my property. Jill is an amazing person. She worked very hard in all aspects of the sale. She liaised with the tenants so that they would present the house to look its best for viewings, helped us with renovation ideas, and worked beyond her normal working hours to get the best results for our property. Gio went the extra mile in all aspects of our purchase which was great for both vendor and purchaser. He worked in with both parties to do inspections out of hours and was an effective and regular communicator who kept us in the loop at all times. Gio was up front with bidding information and knew about the block and the unit. Working with a vendor who was located remotely and 3 purchasers who were located in different states was a challenge but Gio pulled it together effortlessly. Gio, you are Gold! Giovanni was easy to deal with and was on top of everything from the moment we advised the tenants that we would be selling. I trusted his advice, which was fortunate as it was always on the mark. We could not run an open home however Giovanni put in a big effort to get everyone through the opening Saturday in 10min slots and following some early offers he ensured that all enquires had an opportunity to view the unit on the Monday so that we could proceed with a deal.

On our first inspection day we arranged an appointment with Mario, this first apartment did not feel right for us; however, after chatting with Mario, he suggested we view a different apartment that was not even on our list. Luckily we did, because this is the apartment we ended up purchasing and Mario could tell from our short interaction that it would suit our needs and just feel right. Mario was knowledgeable, very easy to communicate with and provided us timely updates. He was also very accommodating to our needs - multiple inspections, during a lockdown, nonetheless. During the buying process, he was very friendly, and we developed a good rapport. This year saw us dealing with many real estate agents, and Mario was the best.
