We recently purchased a property where Mario was acting for the vendor. Mario was honest throughout the process and communicated with us so we always knew where things were at. He was professional and displayed all the qualities I would hope for if I was selling my property. George has been a delight and a pleasure to partner with to sell my unit in Dee Why. His customer service and communication has been outstanding and he was always quick to respond and follow up on any queries I may have had. However, the most important reason I engaged with George was his urgency and personal attention to detail in servicing and communicating with potential buyers. When selecting an agent to sell my unit, too many agents that I spoke with would send out automated emails and "passive" responses to potential buyers with little to no direct contact, whereas George would pick up the phone and respectfully follow up each and every lead and potential buyer. I would happily engage George again to sell another property and comes highly recommended and wish I could give him 6 stars! Thank you George and the McGrath Collaroy team!
