Kelly has been amazing with our sale . Our property was sold well above the asking price within a week . Kelly also answered all our questions and kept us informed throughout with out delay. I would recommend Kelly a 100% , very professional, great market knowledge and a fabulous person.

We bought our first property in Banora Point off Kelly. As a young couple that weren't quite sure what buying a property entails, Kelly helped us every step of the way. We wouldn't of bought this place either if it wasn't for Kelly being so kind. She knows so much about realestate, she is so lovely and she helped us out with so many things. I recommend Kelly 100%. Thanks again!!

Jason was a breath of fresh air to deal with, we were treated to exceptional service by him and team when we bought at auction recently. An added bonus is what a genuinely nice guy he is. This was by far the easiest house we have bought to date, everything ran very smoothly and he was always available and attentive until settlement day. We have not known Jason long but are very fortunate to have worked with him and his team and look forward to working with him again in the future. Thank you so much Jason!

From start to finish Jason made the experience of purchasing our property such an enjoyable journey. We would not hesitate to recommend Jason to anyone who is looking for good old fashion service, where nothing is a problem.

Jason Monk is an excellent experienced agent and communicator. Our home was emailed as a COMING SOON to McGarth’s huge data base of potential buyers even before it hit the market! Feedback during the marketing process from home opens and follow up from potential buyers was excellent. Jason has been the best agent we have come across during our search for a new home even. Our home SOLD 3 weeks after being listed and we are so glad we agreed to let him give us his sales pitch after meeting at a home open. We had thought we’d chosen our agent after interviewing 4 others but the respect shown to us, our home and knowledge of the market within our area was second to none. Jason is the only real estate agent we would recommend if you were thinking of selling your property

I cannot recommend Yasmin more highly. Her service throughout every step of the selling process was outstanding. She is dedicated to getting the best outcome for her client but does this with an approach of honesty and integrity with all parties involved. She is warm and inviting and the ideal person to be representing your property come inspection day. Her communication was faultless keeping you well informed throughout the entire process. If you want a seamless selling experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Yasmin.

From the moment we met, the experience of marketing and selling our house was Jason's priority. His industry relationships, warm approach and eagerness to please, led to our house only being on the market a very short time! If we ever buy/sell again in the area, we know who we want to work with.
