Joel’s communication was excellent. He was honest, reliable and explained each step of the process with clarity. Joel worked to our tight time constraints and made sure we got the price we needed for our property. We couldn’t have asked for anymore.

We cannot recommend Jason and his entire team highly enough. From start to finish, they were absolutely exceptional, professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping us achieve the best outcome. Jason even came out to view our property on his child’s birthday because we were working within a tight timeframe to secure another purchase. We appreciate everything the team did for us and would highly recommend team Monk

This is the second time I’ve worked with Jason, and once again he delivered a great result. He knows the local market intimately and I trust his judgment. I felt confident and well supported from start to finish — this is a relationship that genuinely goes beyond the contract. Jason, Yasmin and the McGrath team were with me every step of the way; professional, supportive and ethical. I highly recommend Jason and the McGrath team.

Best in the business! Honest/transparent and great communication every step of the way. No b*llshit approach that suits me! Always knew where we stood and was a pleasure to deal with once again. We will contact Jason if we ever sell in the future :)

Tony easily helped us navigate our way through all stages of the buying process, making each and every step a calm and professional experience. His knowledge of the market, the nuances of his clientele and the local area, made the negotiations a lot easier on us than we expected. We felt we were well supported in this purchase and appreciated his honesty and fair and but firm approach to the transaction.

Joel, Georgia and the team were just amazing. It is a very daunting process selling you mothers’ home when they unexpectedly end up in aged care. Joel and the team helped to make the process as painless as possible and secured a great price without any anguish. Communicating well with us throughout the campaign. A month from listing to settlement we couldn’t have dreamed of such an amazing outcome.

Rachael was an absolute delight . Friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable regarding the market , sharing her ideas and thoughts to help us style our unit in a presentable manner. She always made herself available anytime we needed advice or support during the process and we are very grateful for her input and guidance in helping us to secure the sale of our unit.
