Jen is more than just a great agent. I gave Jen the task of selling my apartment. I found her to be open and honest from the outset. The price she told be she could achieve was the exact price I ended up selling for. The apartment needed a bit of work before it was ready for sale and Jen took on the role of project manager, organising tradies and choosing colours and furniture. Jen was always available on the phone and in constant communication with me, even on her "days off". She is an extremely hard worker and knows her stuff. I was very happy with the sale price and quite surprised by how little I had to do myself. I have already recommended Jen to friends and will continue to do so. A big thanks to Jen and her team at McGrath.

During the process of selling Murray's knowledge, professionalism, communication skills and friendly manner were extremely competent at all scheduled appointments. Murray was always very punctual, and his presentation of the related documents and marketing program were very gratifying. I was very happy with the Auction result and would have no hesitation in recommending Murray to anyone interested in selling their property.

Our Unit needed a mini makeover and it was soon evident we had made the right choice in Jen. Her knowledge, organisational and communication skills are second to none. In less than two weeks the unit looked fantastic, from carpet & blinds to painting, styling and photos, everything came together so well. As the campaign progressed Jen gave us a detailed report and feedback from prospective buyers. During negotiations Jen was outstanding and secured an excellent price for us. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Jen to anyone wanting a hardworking but personal agent to sell their home.

We used Steve to sell our property recently in Gymea. Steve is very personable in his approach, which gave us an immediate sense of trust in the process. From start to finish, it was only a matter of weeks and Steve had our property sold! His professionalism throughout meant we were kept in the loop at all times, Steve was true to his word and just an all round nice guy to assist us in one of our major life decisions. Thanks heaps Steve for all you have done for us.

Looking for our next family home was an extremely stressful experience. In a sea of stress and non truths, luckily we found Jennifer. While doing the best for both vendor and buyer she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Knowledgeable, truthful and understanding of the property, and securing a deal with an openness both my wife and myself found refreshing. Do yourself a favor. Do not go past team Rainbow. You will not be disappointed.

Steve helped us buy our first property 18months ago, we were delighted with his professionalism and exceptional communication. Recently Steve assisted us again in selling our property. Steve is an expert in both sides of the market. There really isn’t anyone else in the Shire worth speaking too. Steve consistently delivers on what is promised. I have zero hesitation in recommending Steve to anyone looking to buy or sell their house. An easy 5 star review for a great estate agent and even better bloke. Thank you Steve.
