I first met Mitch at the open inspection of a unit which I later purchased at auction. Mitch has an amazing ability to make inspections enjoyable. He is so friendly and positive and has a wonderful and engaging personality. I liked that at each inspection I attended he made the effort to speak to every person (even though, as a buyer, I secretly hoped he wouldn't). Mitch always followed up with me after an inspection and I appreciated that he was encouraging but not pushy. Communication skills are exceptional. I was so impressed with Mitch that I asked him to sell my home, which he did within less than one week and achieved a price above my expectation.
