From our first interaction with Jen, we instantly felt at ease and confident that she was going to help us secure our new home. She kept us up to date with market trends and comparative pricing and treated us with respect throughout the whole process with clear, transparent communication. Jen went above and beyond to secure our property and try and keep us calm during one of the most stressful periods of our life. And once the deal was done, Jen's service did not stop, she continued to help us and follow up with anything we needed. We can't recommend Jen highly enough!

I was very impressed with Jen as an agent in my buying position, trying to look for my new home. You instantly have a feeling off someone being genuinely interested in you, someone who connects and is trustworthy. I met a lot of good sales agents in my journey and I would say Jen is a great sales agent. The entire journey was seamless and her communication was excellent. She worked very hard for her vendor, and found the match that worked and met their needs as well as mine. Thank you so much Jen!

The process of selling our home didn't quite go as planned in terms of timing, and Murray was our third agent to 'have a go'. I must admit I had by that stage become a little despondent, and maybe a little 'tone deaf' to agent's sale's pitches. But Murray and his team (inclusive of Lachlan) approached us directly, set about a fresh campaign, and talked us through a fresh approach. Within six week's our home was sold! What can I say? I am grateful for Murray's time, his professionalism, his approach and just his general willingness and his belief in himself that he could sell our home. Like I say, when you are numerous months down the track, and have entrusted two agents with the sale already - and no sale - you can start to get a little despondent and a little disheartened. But thanks to Murray and his team - that feeling was turned to delight when a sale was achieved. The sale of our current home has now enable us to move with confidence into the next chapter of our life :)

Mitch is professional, friendly, helpful and accommodating. He did a great job for his vendor and I experienced a hassle free transaction as the purchaser on the other end. He was regular and clear with his communications, nothing was a problem and I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell (or buy) property in the Shire.
