Honesty and transparency.
It's hard to find a real estate agent that doesn't give those used car salesman vibes, but Mitch couldn't be further from that. From the start of our campaign he was Honest and transparent. Our weekly meet ups were fantastic and let us know what we needed to do on our end as the vendors and the feedback about the property from possible buyers. Selling your house is a very stressful time and having someone who you can trust is very important. We don't regret going with Mitch one bit. Not only was he kind and flexible he got us a fantastic result on our property. Thankyou Mitch

Doing the right thing
I first met Jennifer Rainbow as a potential buyer in late 2021. Jennifer was engaging, honest, and a quick assessor of people's real estate needs, offering advice and sensible guidance. A year later, Jennifer put me in touch with a colleague to sell a property in a different city, for which I'm forever grateful. Another year on, my interaction with Jennifer shifted from buyer and advisor to that of seller. We have this preconceived idea about estate agents, thanks largely to popular trends and TV shows, but Jennifer was as delightful, honest and sensible in her advice and practice as she was when I was a buyer. With complete drive and practical intent, Jennifer secured a sale in a matter of days from my property going to market. She listened, she advised, she was solid and consistent in her approach and worked her craft perfectly. She simply did the right thing by all parties, as it seems, she has always done. Thank you Jennifer, great job

Professional, communicative and knowledgable
Jennifer was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Already from a trusted friend's referral, she was supportive to all my questions every step of the way and ensured that the result was what we had discussed. I highly recommend her, especially for Cronulla and surrounding suburbs.
