Murray and his team communicated through the whole process. I had daily updates and progress reports which ultimately led to us being able to sell prior to the auction date.

A Winner!!
Our experience with Murray Cole and his team was a pleasurable one. The end result far exceeded our expectations!! They always kept me informed which made me very happy Their expertise was very evident by the end result! My mum had faith in Murray from a former negotiation and he certainly came through for us and this comment is certainly justified !!!

Great communication & professional
Overall a positive experience with Mitch! He is very friendly and genuinely wants to help all parties. We were very open about our keenness to purchase this property and offered a fair price which unfortunately wasn’t accepted. Property ended up at auction and sold to us for just over so thankfully we got there in the end!

Exceptional Service
Upon meeting Steve and his team it was evident the level of professionalism he had. After meeting with a few prospective agents we decided that Steve was best suited for us and the sale of the house. Throughout the campaign his level of communication and keeping us up to date with what was happening was extremely good. Given his industry experience he walked us through and gave us the best strategic advise every week - he was on point everytime. Best Agent in the Shire

Sold !!!!!
Could not of chosen a better agent. Steve held my hand right from the start until the sale late one night. Communication was very open and Steve was very easy to deal with. Steve was always there day and night by the phone. His professional was outstanding. He took the sale by the reins organising everything from cleaning, styling, marketing, getting carpet and gardening - going above and beyond . Steve is the go to man, nothing was too hard for him. We sold above my expectations and very happy with the results. Liam his assistant was also very professional in his role.
