Awesome result, thrilled with all dealings with Steve
Steve secured us a fantastic result in the sale of our property. He was professional, friendly and calm throughout the process - which included the stressful (for us) cancellation of our planned auction due to a Covid lockdown. Despite our wavering confidence in the market and reduced buyer pool due to this, Steve remained positive and confident and still managed to finalise the sale above what we were expecting (exceeding what we had been quoted by three separate real estate agencies). Throughout the stressful and daunting task of selling our home, Steve was able to keep us positive and focused, with the end result showing his expertise. Steve is the rare kind of agent who is honest and will work as hard for you as if he was selling his own home. We also really appreciated his transparency from start to finish, and his suggestions and tips on how to maximise our sale price. Would 100% recommend Steve.

It is with the greatest pleasure that we can recommend the services of Steve Beattie. Always contactable, kept us fully informed at all times. When we were tempted to accept offers that met our reserve price prior to Auction it was Steves' Market knowledge and his words " I'll get you more " that resulted in us receiving a record price for the area!!!
