Jennifer was diligent and professional in her dealings with us if a little over zealous at the beginning. However when our circumstances were revealed to her she became extremely understanding and helpful where necessary. Jennifer facilitated meetings between ourselves and the developer in order to liaise the management of construction of a lift which was a necessary addition to the building in order to purchase the property.

Jen was excellent. She was very responsive to questions and knew the Cronulla market. Due to COVID-19, restrictions were being put in place and she was able to work with me and the vendors to arrive at a sale. Jen is informative and does not pressure you. While a number of parties were interested in the property she kept the lines of communication open even when a quicker and lower result could have been achieved due to market concerns.
