▶We found Ray on the sale to be extremely accurate in his assessment in his approach for the eventual sale. Kept us fully informed who attended, who took contract away after every open day. Diligent in his follow up on prospective buyers. Ray held and gave a pragmatic approach through the sale period. No attempt was made by Ray to "gild the Lily" of our property (in salesman parlence) so that we knew exactly where we stood in approximating the possible value of our property. At the beginning of the consulting stage with Ray, there were Media reports of Estate Agents under estimating property values in order to gain more attention for the sale. The reports were very negative of EA sales pitch. Having researched the possible value of our property in advance we knew what we were likely to get for the sale. Rays estimation of our property value was spot on what our expectations were. Highly reccomend Ray Liu for his sales and personal assets of pragmatism, communication, honesty and market knowledge.
