There was no sense that he was big-noting himself merely to get a sale and most importantly, there was no “sales speak” designed to talk our sale up (or down). He was easy to talk to and answered any questions we had in a simple no-nonsense manner. In our experience, we were on the same page which is not always the case with some agents.
