It’s now become obvious there is a lot more involved behind the scenes in order to make a sale. Having not sold with another agent earlier in the year, Wayne, Steven and their team were able to secure a very satisfactory price for me. The team took care of my house as if it was their own. Steven especially took great care in making sure the house was always looking its best before an open. He mowed the lawn on two occasions. I wish I had many houses to sell. We have just sold our home in Eastwood with Wayne and Teena and had the most incredible experience. We attended our neighbours auction earlier in the year and witnessed how well they handled their sale. Our neighbours secured a fantastic result and suggested when it came to selling ours, we should consider no one else, but Wayne and Teena. Upon meeting Wayne, we felt 100% comfortable straight away and asked them to look after us. They asked us whether we would be interested in a potential off market sale this side of Christmas to which we said of course if the price is right and before we knew it, within a week, they secured an unbelievable result for us, taking out all the expense of us having to pay the marketing and the hassle of getting the house ready for an auction campaign in February.
