Sue and I wanted to send a note of appreciation for the efforts of the McGrath Team that Wayne and Teena Vaughan lead during the sale of our house. From our first meeting with Wayne, we were treated with respect and not pressured. Wayne simply explained all the various facets of selling a house, including budgetary costs and the stages of the sale process without any pressure to commit. He also gave us a price range that we could work with to assist us finding a new place. Once we made the decision, to sell (and buy elsewhere), the team behind Wayne and Teena swung into action to: • guide us to style our house for the best impact with our furniture for photography and collateral • choose the campaign time frames and marketing strategies • operate the campaign and manage all the aspects of the sale The team was always punctual. Every meeting professionally managed to be on time or prior notification if there was an unforeseen issue. All open houses started on time. We found the team respectful, personable and engaging. Everyone we dealt with treated us as if we were their only customer. All advice we received throughout the selling process was professional, relevant and helpful. We found the weekly updates interesting and easy to read, especially with Wayne or a team member on hand to explain the detail. When the day of the auction arrived, the backyard was packed with people and the auction progressed to a very pleasing outcome. Thank you Wayne, Teena and the entire team for making the sale of our house successful whilst minimising the pain and stress of the process.
