Betty's greatest assets are her knowledge of the market, prospective buyers' general interests as well as 20-odd years' experience in dealing with a great variety of individuals with supports from a select team or professionals Her professionalism is manifested in transparent communication in preparing (facelifting, styling), and marketing (preparing and advertising) the property. Every bit of Betty's suggestions did count in maximising the sell value of the property. We are thankful.

Wayne is really accurate in estimating the housing prices for the area. Two friends of mine work in the real estate estimated the selling price for my home. One overestimate and the other one under estimate and Wayne's was the closest to the price that my property valuer evaluated. So, I chose Wayne and Teena even though I was offered a very special price for the commission from my friends. Wayne, Teena, Steven, Mark and Paul supported me right through from the start to the end, from as little as changing the light colour in the house to as big as moving out of the large furniture to the storage in my home as I was doing all these on my own.
