It was time to sell our home, but as we had not lived in this area very long, we did not know which agent to choose. A friend of our daughter's suggested Wayne and Teena Vaughan as they had sold her home and she had been very happy with how it all went and the result. Once this decision was made we then had to make the decision to go to auction, which both of us were not comfortable wit h. However, Wayne and Teena convinced us that this was the best way to go. With good advice from Teena, we managed to declutter our home and make it more present able. The whole team were great and everything went very smoothly. We had many people through our home and when the final day of the auction arrived we were very nervous but in the end we got a great result. Troy, the auctioneer, together with Wayne, Teena and Sam did a great job and together with their team we congratulate them for our excellent result . We are pleased we went ahead with the auction because we achieved a better price than any of the offers which were made prior to the auction . To whomsoever it concerns, We engaged Wayne and Teena (W&T) to sell our property in Epping. Due to various restrictions and easements in the property, combined with the current housing market, it was a not an easy task. I must say W&T did not waver in their enthusiasm, were persistently positive and till we finally secured a buyer this weekend. We were impatient and after 8 weeks sought the assistance of another real estate agent. Working with the new agent highlighted the superior level of customer service provided by W&T. Throughout our tenure with that agent, Teena kept in touch with us. Finally after the exclusive period with that agent ended we went back to W&T and within 3 weeks the house was sold.
