I bought a house from McGrath Epping and then sold my apartment through McGrath Epping so I had been on both side of the fence. I decide to let Betty to handle the sales because I heard good words from a friend about her and I have seen how she handle the sales of the house. What I witness is they handle the sales matter consistently and genuinely. I never have to second guess Betty's motive when she present information or updates to me. Throughout the selling period, Betty and her team was very helpful and responsive. Just as an example, during the preparation of our apartment for advertisement, me and my wife got really sick and got delayed. Her effective team has helped us moving the schedule around so we can get the apartment ready at a reasonable pace. During the open houses, her team respect my home and keep apartment in a good state before and after. We got constant updates and weekly meeting from Betty and learn that she has vast experience in terms of buyer's psychology and demographics and be flexible enough to change strategy according to the situation. My auction period happens to overlap with Betty's long planned holiday and her colleague Omid just swoop in seamlessly and finished the job. Contingency or internal communication is not a problem in McGrath Epping. Well, on auction day I received messages from Betty who is still on her holiday, so she is definitely in touch. (although working on holiday is not really a behaviour to be encouraged...) I comparing the marketing and decoration cost with what my friends has, mine is a bit expensive, but if I look at the outcome and the responses which we had, it is actually okay. My brother had to sell his much loved villa recently under very emotional circumstances. Wayne & Teena had been his agents when he had sold a property 10 years previous. Hence he had no hesitation in enlisting their help once again. As his sister I was there to help & support him. I was very impressed with Wayne the first time I met him.
