This is the second time I have used Betty to sell my property. Having tenants in the unit and selling in a buyers market made this task more challenging. Betty was great from the start to the end. She organised to inspect my unit, discussed with the tenants about their plan with the impending sale, arranged trades people to rectify minor issues and scheduled the marketing campaign within a very short time period. Selling a house, in our case one that we had built 18 years ago, is a major undertaking. Luckily one doesn't have to do that too often. We chose Betty Ockerlander because she has an enviable record of selling houses in the Epping area and we found her ver approachable. She looked after us throughout the campaign, was always very positive minded and in the end found the right buyer for us. We had to accept a fair bit less than originally planned, but that was due to the down turn in the real estate market. The time had finally come for us to leave our beloved home we had lived in for over 33 years. Selling the home we loved was going to be a difficult undertaking. It was the only place our children had lived in. They were attached to the countless childhood memories created in that home and they loved the area they grew up in.
