We put Betty to the test selling our property. We just missed the boat of high selling prices for the area and then the big slump in the market and banks becoming difficult with borrowers. We probably contributed by insisting that the property was worth more even in the falling market. However through this time Betty worked really hard investigating many options to get the property sold. It did take a little while but she got the job done. It was time to sell our home, but as we had not lived in this area very long, we did not know which agent to choose. A friend of our daughter's suggested Wayne and Teena Vaughan as they had sold her home and she had been very happy with how it all went and the result. Once this decision was made we then had to make the decision to go to auction, which both of us were not comfortable wit h. However, Wayne and Teena convinced us that this was the best way to go.
