Betty and her team developed an effective marketing campaign for selling my property and proactively followed up with interested buyers resulting in a satisfactory price offer which exceeded the advertised price range. This has been achieved in a cooling property market compounded by competition from multiple units in the same complex simultaneously advertised for sale/auction.
