My property was successfully sold last week at the auction. We are so delighted to have chosen Betty as our property agent. She is exceptionally knowledgeable about the Epping property market. She and his team have put tremendous effort on following up with potential buyers. The campaign was running smoothly and the process was well managed. Betty has delivered "Beyond Expectation" promise. I highly recommend her.

My husband and I recently sold our home through McGrath Epping off market. We had intended to run a full campaign to maximise exposure and a profitable outcome for our beautiful family home. After a busy spring helping my daughter get her home ready for sale we ran out of time to market last spring. After returning a phone call from Teena Vaughan we decided to sell our home off market. After an inspection and discussion with Wayne we signed up and he basically did the rest. The process was effortless really and very successful as far as we were concerned and we sold our home to a family that we were happy to take over the future care and enjoyment of our home. A win win solution! Gabrielle

Keep vendor informed about the market condition with active communication through weekly report, text message and phone call etc. Also, provided helpful suggestion to the market relatively. Good!

Betty and her team did a great and thorough job in advising and selling our house in challenging circumstances. We were a little disappointed with the price but are happy that the house was sold at auction.

I needed an agent to sell my unit. I had discussed my requirements with 2 other agents prior to my meeting with Betty. From my first meeting, it was clear that Betty is very knowledgeable about the local property market and could offer a professional and reliable service. Betty and her team developed an effective marketing campaign for selling my property and proactively followed up with interested buyers resulting in a satisfactory price offer which exceeded the advertised price range. This has been achieved in a cooling property market compounded by competition from multiple units in the same complex simultaneously advertised for sale/auction. Within 3 weeks I had exchanged a sale contract with a buyer. Thank you to Betty and her team for their diligent work and looking after my interests. I highly recommend Betty to any prospective seller.
