I purchased with Trenton back in 2017 and was so impressed with the service that there was no question as to who I wanted to assist with my sale in 2023. Trenton, Nikki and Lila were incredible throughout the entire process. Firstly, the photos and marketing were excellent, and generated such a buzz on various social feeds that it caught the attention of Cam Sullings (Canberra's voice of real estate) who conducted a video review of the property as well. This created a huge amount of interest during the open homes and helped to get a number of excited and committed buyers to the auction. Communication throughout this process was amazing, with a really detailed emailed summary on all potential buyers issued after every open which I really appreciated. In the uncertain market at the end of 2022 with successive interest rates, the auction result was great, and the successful buyers were also a perfect fit for the home. Trenton's amazing level of service continued right through the settlement period, for both myself and the buyer, with regular updates and facilitation of handover and pre-settlement inspections. Concurrently buying a home via another agency, I saw first hand that this level of post-auction service provided by Trenton and his team is not as common as one would hope, and made me appreciate his professionalism, communication and attention-to-detail even more. I can honestly say that the entire listing/open-home/auction/settlement journey was an absolute pleasure, and I enjoyed every moment of it, confident in the fact that Trenton was doing everything he could to make the process as seamless as possible and achieve a great result. If I buy/sell a third time I will definitely be giving Trenton the task!
