Sam did a great job all round and considering how volatile the market is l think he did well in securing a good price for us.

Sam has been involved with helping my family for approximately 2 years, firstly assisting with genuine advice and guidance around a potential development, then assisting in selling our investment property. I have not met another agent dedicated to his client as a genuine and long term customer like Sam was. His skills and knowledge in the industry and to find and secure potential buyers was second to none and he was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Sam to anyone.

Working with Sam for the second time was truly a pleasure. His friendly demeanor, extensive knowledge, and infectious enthusiasm made the property selling process a breeze. Without a doubt, I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of a top-notch agent.

Sam is personable and professional. He explained each stage of the process and kept us informed of every development. This was particularly important for us as we live interstate. Sam listened carefully to our perspective and responded to our situation. He is an excellent communicator. And best of all, he achieved a result that was beyond our expectation.

I purchased with Trenton back in 2017 and was so impressed with the service that there was no question as to who I wanted to assist with my sale in 2023. Trenton, Nikki and Lila were incredible throughout the entire process. Firstly, the photos and marketing were excellent, and generated such a buzz on various social feeds that it caught the attention of Cam Sullings (Canberra's voice of real estate) who conducted a video review of the property as well. This created a huge amount of interest during the open homes and helped to get a number of excited and committed buyers to the auction. Communication throughout this process was amazing, with a really detailed emailed summary on all potential buyers issued after every open which I really appreciated. In the uncertain market at the end of 2022 with successive interest rates, the auction result was great, and the successful buyers were also a perfect fit for the home. Trenton's amazing level of service continued right through the settlement period, for both myself and the buyer, with regular updates and facilitation of handover and pre-settlement inspections. Concurrently buying a home via another agency, I saw first hand that this level of post-auction service provided by Trenton and his team is not as common as one would hope, and made me appreciate his professionalism, communication and attention-to-detail even more. I can honestly say that the entire listing/open-home/auction/settlement journey was an absolute pleasure, and I enjoyed every moment of it, confident in the fact that Trenton was doing everything he could to make the process as seamless as possible and achieve a great result. If I buy/sell a third time I will definitely be giving Trenton the task!

Sam was excellent in his communication with me and sharing important information as to the progress of the marketing of my home. I was absent from Canberra a few times and he took the responsibility of my home inspections and consultations with prospective buyers at the highest standard. He built up a level of trust and loyalty throughout the process and I know the buyers and the price reached were due to his commitment to sell my home as close to the price I wanted. Thank you and Kayla for your exemplary presence and good result.
