I had been looking and bidding for my first home for around 5 years, and growing increasingly despondent by Canberra's house prices. According to me buying a home is getting to know 2 things better, 1) the home itself (structure) 2) the agent or agency. If either one of them is on a shaky ground the results can be unimaginable. Every time I speak to Justin the vibes I get is of a trust worthy, professional and experienced person who is not ready to cut-corners and is always right by the buyer and seller (walking a very balanced line). We were at peace knowing we are dealing with an agent from McGrath. McGrath has carved out a big name for itself in Sydney and Canberra market, with their do-the-right-thing , professionalism and market wide experience we know for sure we are dealing with the right agents and we are getting what we have been promised, "its the organisation culture".
