Kris was fantastic! Down to earth guy who is really easy to talk to. He made our experience of buying our first home a breeze, we were never in the dark about any part of the process. Dealt with a few “typical” agents and just never felt like they wanted to give us the time of day. Breath of fresh air.

Kris is an excellent agent. He gave us lots of help in the process of buying the property. Thanks for his patient and professional help!

The best decision we made was to engage Kris’ services to sell our property. We approached Kris with a reserve price and then let him drive the rest of the process. Trusting Kris’ professional knowledge and expertise and leaving it all in his incredibly capable hands resulted in a very fast sale at price we were delighted with. Thanks so much, Kris! We wish you all the best.

I can’t rate Kris high enough. His customer service, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to help us with our sale are commendable. Kris was able to navigate an unprecedented changing environment due to COVID-19 restrictions very successfully. His measured approach meant that we were never worried about selling, despite the unknown situation facing us. Kris also went out of his way to help us maintain and repair our property on our behalf as we live interstate. We were always able to rely on him to meet any requirements we had and in the end, Kris sold our property in a short period of time and at the price we wanted.

Kris was a pleasure to work with. I found my house online and knew it was the one! I briefed Kris that I needed to buy a house asap and told him which one I wanted. Once the seller had agreed to my offer, Kris was very attentive to my needs and those of the seller for a very speedy settlement, and all within Covid19 restrictions. It was a painless and no fuss experience. I felt I was in very good hands with Kris.

I left marketing plan re pricing up to Kris after all he is the expert, gave him our minimum price and we went from there. Our place was unique in the sense there wasn't much on the market to compare with, so Kris suggested a offers over price guide and the property sold within a few weeks. The property originally had tenants in it Kris managed giving the tenants notice all went smoothly. Kris was referred us by the property manager.

How do you sell your home at the peak of a global pandemic and pre-recession? Get Justin and Dimi on board. We were the textbook emotional sellers and Justin and Dimi made us feel like their only client, listening to countless phone calls and allowing us to express our views relating to our property and the sales campaign. As interstate sellers we were unable to be in Canberra due to restrictions so Justin and Dimi took on extra work and assisted us in preparing and maintaining the property during the inspection period, right down to moving out our final possessions. We were kept well informed throughout the campaign with thorough updates provided at every stage. There was a lot of stock on the market at the same time of selling our apartment, ultimately the buyers got a great deal, but so did we.

Justin has abundant knowledge about the real estate market. He and his team were very friendly and thoughtful throughout the whole sale process by giving us a lot of very useful and practical advice on improving the value and presentation of the property. They’ve always kept us well informed about the status of the marketing campaign and openly communicated about the potential target sale price. Without any hesitation, we recommend Justin and his team’s their outstanding service to anyone who may wish to sell their properties.

Ive met my fair share of real estate agents now through my 8 month house search and Kris is by far the best. Knowledgeable, considerate and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Kris was easy to deal with and had the best communication skills of all the agents I interacted with when looking for property in the ACT.

Kris is an outstanding communicator and highly skilled negotiator. This resulted in a sale price outcome that far exceeded my expectations. I was given just the right amount of updates and information during the swift 6 day sale. A pleasure and a relief to have Kris navigate the process with such expertise. Unfailingly professional at every step. Thank you Chris, and colleague Adam.

Kris handled the negotiations between myself and the seller most competently. I always felt confident that Kris would help me achieve my desired outcome, and I rate his communication skills very highly. For this reason, I also ended up listing my own home with Kris and his colleague Adam. Thank you Kris.
