Justin is a very unique agent and I think you'll be hard pressed to find someone who is as open and transparent as he is. He is a very experienced and quickly understood what we want in not only the result but the process and he delivered above and beyond our expectations. He is also realistic so he's not one to wind you in, sign you up then drag your price down when no one is interested. But in saying that, he has a tendency of delivering better than expected results. Justin is very personable and thorough and was able to achieve above our expections on sale price. He was not rushed in the open inspection time window and stayed back for potential purchasors and to provide feedback from the open to us. He was able to achieve a significantly higher price for our home than we expected and went the extra mile to achieve the sale. Despite some agents charging bargain basement commissions, I believe Justin and McGrath as well as their support staff make choosing them the right way to go. Thanks!
