Kris was fantastic when purchasing our new home, everything you would ask for in an agent. He was responsive, welcoming and very respectful of our circumstances. We highly recommend Kris and would like him in the process for buying our next family home

I wouldn't go with any other real estate agent other than Trenton anymore. I have sold and purchased properties in the past and Trenton would have to be my pick of agents. Trenton is reliable , keeps you informed, trustworthy and honest but importantly has integrity. Trenton looked after me right to the end of a complex buy and sell. I literally put my "life in his hands" and he delivered. Many thanks to Trenton and the team

We feel very lucky to have worked with Kris to sell our beloved home. Kris was professional and helpful at every turn through the process. From signing up with Kris, through to creating some great images for marketing and negotiating with the right buyer - Kris made the process easy and stress free. No request of ours was too big or too small, Kris was willing to assist us any way he could. He even visited out of hours to bring us packing boxes to move, and offered to help with the move itself! He went above and beyond every, single, time. We cannot fault Kris at all. We would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone wanting to sell their home. A great guy doing a great job. It’s nice to stumble across such a genuine person who is also capable and delivers on his promises.

Buying from Kris was the easiest process we’ve experienced. Who would have thought that the entire buying process could be so easy and enjoyable? It turns out you just need the right agent. From the first visit to the property until we had the keys in our hand, Kris was helpful, informative, communicative and kind. We appreciated his offer of assistance every step of the way. We highly recommend Kris as an experienced and extremely capable agent.

I reviewed six agents before going with Trenton. He was enthusiastic, demonstrated his knowledge of the area by coming to my meeting prepared with stats to back up his knowledge. Trenton went above and beyond to keep me informed on buyers and where the process was at.

I purchased my apartment through Trenton and when I went to sell 5 years later I contacted him immediately. Trenton was very knowledgeable of the market, realistic about timelines and list prices and flexible with the selling strategy. After engaging Trenton I found both him and his administration team went above and beyond to ensure I knew what the process was, what was needed from me and when and as the sale progressed I felt very supported and informed through what can be a stressful process I completely trusted they had my best interest in mind. I have recently purchased a property from another real estate company and the service does not even compare to that of Morrissey Property. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Kris has been able to sell my property in 2 open homes and achieved my targeted price. He also managed all the conversation between different parties to ensure a smooth sales experience.

Kris gave his best shot in finding a buyer second time within a short period after the first buyer failed to secure finance. His market appraisal was good and the results delivered were well aligned.
