Justin's approach, strategy and integrity gave us the assurance that we have chosen the right real estate professional to sell our property. We live interstate and for part of the sales period, we were overseas. The distance was not a barrier. Justin kept in regular communication with us. He gave us confidence that he was acting in our best interests. We also met Dimi Romero, who was also very pleasant and wonderful to deal with. Our appreciation to Justin and Dimi for their efforts. Keep up the great work!

Justin and his team had supported me with my property for years and was always more than happy to update me on the market, even if I wasn’t quite ready to sell. A very hands on sales agent, never too busy to check-in or to have a quick chat. His industry and market knowledge was invaluable and a realistic approach to sale helped to take the stress out of the process. Very happy with the outcome and definitely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Justin to any prospective sellers.

Justin clearly demonstrated his excellent Real Estate skills in preparing a marketing plan for our Florey property which resulted in a super attendance by prospective buyers at the first showing and and the follow up display. The result was strong interest by buyers and equally strong offers which resulted in a very quick and satisfactory sale. Justin has a great team ,with sensational support by Dimi and the support organisations in preparation of the property ready for sale .McGrath back office rendered great support in keeping us up to date with progress of the sale.

Kris has been very professional and personable in our dealings. He has been attentive to our enquiries and requests. He is prompt and concise in this communication. He has assisted us to develop a good working relationship with the seller and his builder which has meant that we have felt a part of the development even though settlement will not occur until completion.

Kris is a very open and thoughtful agent. He told you what it is rather than trying to earn as much profit as he could. I'd definitely recommend him (including his team) to anyone who is looking to sell their property.

We have engaged Trenton to sell two properties for us in the last 3 years and recommended him to friends who have also had a positive result. He has sound knowledge of the market and provided an honest appraisal of our properties and what we might expect from the market. We have used both Auction and Private Treaty and valued Trenton’s knowledge, experience and advice as to what method suited each of our properties. We are extremely comfortable when recommending Trenton to others.

Kris provided great service and advice throughout the whole experience. We were given regular updates on how the sale campaign was going. Given the nature of the current market, we were confident that Kris was providing us the best strategies and options to boost our exposure and ultimately got us the best price.

I would buy a property again without hesitation through Kris Hellier. My experience with Kris from start to finish was more than I have experienced with other real estate agents. Kris communicated clearly, confidently and honestly.
