Justin set a realistic range for our property and we ended up at the upper end of that range. Justin and Dimi kept the communication up throughout the whole process. Very happy with the result and the process. 5 stars.

Justin was an absolute dream agent and made the process of selling our house so easy. He managed to get an offer on our house after only 6 days on the market - and well over the asking price! We would definitely work with Justin again and have already recommended him to friends, family and acquaintances.

Having come across Justin at open homes many years ago (when looking for our house), we knew Justin was the person to sell our home. We found Justin to be honest and very knowledgeable in the Gungahlin District. The marketing and sale strategy put forward saw the sale of our home after only one week with the sale price exceeding our expectations. Thankyou and Dime for your great work! Would highly recommend Justin for anyone selling their homes.

I live interstate and was concerned selling my tenanted property would be a painful and time consuming process. Trenton took on every aspect of the sale keeping me informed along the way. He was able to navigate a number of difficult situations due to my irregular circumstances and delivered a sale i was very happy with. In my opinion, Trenton worked hard to earn every dollar he made from this sale... He was definitely good value for money! I'd recommend Trenton to anyone looking to sell in Canberra. I'll certainly be recommending him to my family and friends!

The sale of this property was our second time dealing with Trenton, and we chose to use Morrissey Property because of how we felt about our earlier dealings. Trenton is helpful, accessible, highly knowledgeable and goes out of his way to support his clients - whether on the buying or the selling side. We regard him with great respect and appreciation - and recommend him highly to anyone looking for a top quality agent!

The process was so quick and easy with Justin and he kept me informed the whole time. I will definitely use Justin again for my next sale.

We have dealt with many agents over the last few years through the process of both buying and selling property, and I can easily say that Trenton is by far the best we have ever dealt with. We first met Trenton when we purchased a property through him in July 2016. The process was extremely smooth, he was incredibly easy to communicate with, and both us and the vendor got the result we wanted. Most recently he helped us sell the same property as we had moved interstate. He was the only agent I was going to trust to sell our property without us being in Canberra. His communication was outstanding, he kept us up to date at every step of the process. He put a lot of effort in to making sure our property was presented well, including engaging services on our behalf to ensure it looked the best it could. We sold the property for well over what we expected, which was a fantastic result for everyone. Trenton is an example of what a real estate agent should be - honest, trustworthy, patient, attentive, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile.

Trenton knew the market and planned our campaign well. He provided confident direction, and although timely, never rushed us into making decisions. We felt under control and that we were being looked after and guided well.
