To be honest I have always found real estate agents to not be genuine but Trenton changed that view for me. He is the most dependable, trustworthy and knowledgeable real estate agent I have known. Trenton sold my home that I had been living in for 11 years very quickly and for a top price!!! At a time of stress he made the process very easy and simple for me to understand and by keeping me updated regularly it made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the entire selling process. I was so impressed with Trenton’s professionalism and expertise that Morrissey property is now in the process of selling my investment property as well (already under offer). I would only use Trenton and Morrissey property for any of my real estate needs and he changed my perception of real estate agents. I can not recommend him enough.

We thoroughly recommend Trenton Morrissey. Trenton sold us our house four years ago and we didn’t hesitate in going straight to him when it came time to sell. Not only did Trenton get us a price which far exceeded our expectations, his level of customer service and empathy at such a stressful time made the whole process so much easier. Having been on the buyer side previously we also knew that Trenton would handle potential buyers with the same level of respect and courtesy he showed us four years ago - this was very reassuring and we’re sure contributed to our great result. We’re very pleased to recommend Trenton.

I was referred to Trenton by two friends and I must say, I'm very glad I took their recommendation! Trenton made the sale of our home a very smooth process. Sold in less then two weeks and for $25k+ more then we thought we were going to get. Would and will recommend him to anyone! Thanks to the whole team at Morrissey property!

Right from the very beginning when we were referred to Trenton we knew we had chosen the best real estate agent in Canberra. Trenton's communication style was superb! His professionalism, market knowledge and genuine interest in "us" and our home made a huge impact with the sale at auction. I valued Trenton's down to earth approach where we worked together to create a strategy that exceeded our expectations. Sincere thanks Trenton for your wonderful advice and quality service.

We interviewed many real estate agents to help us sell our house. One stood out. Trenton Morrissey. Warm and winning personality, excellent market knowledge plus the background and experience to know when to push negotiations a bit harder. Trenton gave us invaluable advice and ended up getting us a great price for our house. Don’t bother interviewing all the others, learn from our experience and contact Trenton today. Can’t recommend him highly enough!

We found Trenton to be an honest, friendly and communicative agent through our dealings with him as a buyer. He was very responsive to all queries and went out of his way to provide great service, all the way up to settlement and beyond. When a couple of hiccups occurred around settlement time, he was there to resolve things to the extent of organising his own tradesmen out of his own pocket. This is our feedback as a buyer so I can only presume that he'd provide the same service and integrity if not more if he represented you in selling your property. Highly recommended.

Buying a house when you live interstate is incredibly stressful, well so I thought until I met Justin. Justin took away a lot of the stress! Justin's communication skills were exceptional, I was kept up to date at all times. I also found Justin to be very honest, genuine and helpful and he was more than happy to provide me with lots of information including surrounding schools for the children. Justin went out of his way the make the process of purchasing my family home so much easier and for that I'm truly grateful. I would not hesitate to recommend Justin as an agent!!!

Justin provided us valuable advice and a reasonable price expectation even before we decided to go ahead and sell. Once we agreed to sell he used his sales experience, and knowledge of the local market to achieve us a sales price that far exceeded our expectations. Despite the fact we were located interstate, communication throughout the process was clear and very professional. We would highly recommend anyone looking to sell their property to consider having a chat to Justin and his team at McGrath.
