Justin has been a pleasure to deal with from the very first phone call, having never gone through the process of selling a property before and also living interstate, Justin was more then happy to walk me through the process and take the time to answer all of my questions. Justin's knowledge on the local market has been invaluable. Justin has kept me in the loop with excellent communication every step of the way. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property in Canberra.

We had a lots of issues buying the house we want . The whole process actually took nearly half year, but Trenton absolutely showed his professionalism, being very patient , very contactable throughout the time! Throughout the entire purchase process Trent displayed utmost professionalism, great knowledge about the market and ensured a streamlined process. Trent kept us informed throughout the negotiation and sales process yet never made us feel pressured. Trent is a fantastic communicator and was an absolute pleasure to deal with - we will be approaching Trent first when we are ready to purchase again. Seeing how Trent also looked after the vendors best interest we would not hesitate to engage Trent to sell our home or recommend his services to others. Regards Steve and Mariana

I would like to recommend Trenton as a most outstanding sales agent! I live in Qld and I have recently completed the sale on an investment property in Canberra which was most expertly handled by Trenton on my behalf. He provided expert, honest and trustworthy advice and kept in constant communication with me. The house needed a complete makeover after many years of tenanting. Trenton willingly and goodnaturedly arranged all quotes (including negotiating the best prices) for repairs, repainting, new carpets and blinds, and a kitchen "makeover' - and then continued overseeing all the work. The house was on the market within 2 weeks, looking like new again! The makeover had been on Trenton's advice in order to obtain the best price at sale. Well, this certainly worked, with the house selling for a very good price, far more than if it had been sold "as was", and within a few days of the first showing. But Trenton's help didn't end there. Whilst waiting for the sale completion date, the empty house was subject to a break and entry! Trenton liaised with the police and again took charge of the repairs and cleanup. I am very grateful and I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Throughout the purchasing process Trenton was a salesman that shared his knowledge and expertise with us. He conducted himself in a professional manner, being patient with us, discussing all options and pointing out potential problems with the house. Overall I would highly recommend doing business with this gentleman

Justin is an excellent communicator, keeps you in the loop and promptly responds to messages. He was very supportive and understanding through a stressful time. Most importantly he negotiated fairly, treating the seller and the buyer with the same respect and courtesy. I couldn't have put my home in better hands. Thank you Justin.

I found Justin Taylor by colleague recommendation - I interviewed him and two other agents and chose Justin based on colleague recommendation, his presentation, his knowledge and professionalism. I would recommend Justin to other people when opportunity arises. Justin was very helpful in securing temporary rental accommodation for us until our new apartment is being built. Our property was sold on the first open house and the process happened very quickly. Justin was very instrumental in this.

JT ensured the sale of our property achieved our target having provided advice on recommended upgrades to the property prior to sale, marketing strategy and sale type during a difficult Christmas period. Open houses were set at a range of times to reach many different potential buyers and communication throughout the sale was impeccable. Thank you JT, it was a pleasure.

Trenton is a great agent - excellent communication and has excellent knowledge of the market He is very thorough and pays attention to every detail. It was not easy to sell our property but he was always optimistic and prepared to change the plan to get it sold As we were interstate some of the time he looked after our property for us, even collected mail and put bins out. Trenton sold us the property which was why we asked him to sell it.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Trenton from the first initial meeting right through to the sale of our house. His communication throughout the process was exceptional, with regular contact during the week and comprehensive feedback after every open-house showing. Trenton had an excellent knowledge of the local market, and as such we trusted him to give us accurate and realistic advice. His professional approach to everything he did instilled us with confidence and kept potential buyers engaged, and we could not fault any stage of the process. We would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone looking to sell their home.

Trenton was my rock when it was time for me to sell my home in Dunlop. Being a full time student and full time employee, I really did not have time to organise myself to get the house ready for the sale. Trenton was there to organise all that needed to be done so I can get the best price for my property. He was always courteous, and positive and did not treat me as other agents would have treated me being a middle aged single woman. He was not patronising or impatient. He was always ready to help out and offer solutions. Selling my house became a breeze because Trenton took most of the worry and organising himself, without leaving me in the dark. He was always in constant communication with me. Now I cannot stop telling my friends and acquaintances what a great real estate agent he has been. I keep recommending him to anyone and everyone.
