I contacted Trenton about my house sale following a recommendation from my mortgage agent. I was extremely relieved at the excellent communication during the sale period. I have previous experience of chasing post visitor feedback but I did not need to do this at all with Trenton. Trenton also managed to negotiate a sale which I was happy with. Once again his communication throughout the negotiation period was excellent. However, the reason I am prepared to write this review is because of the post sale assistance Trenton provided both to me, to the buyer and to the tenants. I found his help consistent, reliable and totally invaluable, making the entire process much smoother for me. This is the first recommendation I have ever given for anyone and have only done so because I think acknowledging Trenton's thoroughness, communication skills and competence warrants recognition.

I was recommend Trenton from a friend for the sale of my investment property in Latham. Being based interstate Trenton made the sale of the property run very smoothly from our first consultation. The best aspects of Trenton are his organisational skills, professional friendly approach and communication skills. He worked with the tenant on moving out to sell the property vacant for the best result. Within three days of my tenant moving out the property was on the market. Trenton kept in contact providing guidance and updates on where the progress of the sale was at. By far the best person I have dealt with in property as he wants the best result for you. Was extremely pleased with the end sale being higher then expected. Do yourself a favour and give him a ring if your are interested in buying or selling property.

When it came to selling our house, we felt a bit overwhelmed about the whole process and somewhat emotional as it was our first home.
