Trenton Morrissey is an amazing agent - he exceeded all expectations! From his appraisal of our home, to reporting back after every open home, Trenton was extremely thorough and did research to back it up. Trenton was instrumental in getting our home ready to sell. He helped us with everything, from tradesmen to staging experts. All his advice meant we got the best price possible. Trenton did so much more than any other Agent we have used...he's just excellent!

From day one, Justin was honest, informative and very knowledgeable. He advised us regarding all pre-sale activities such as the building inspection, conveyancing and styling of the property. The house was under offer within a week of being on the market at a price we were happy with. The whole experience could not have gone better or smoother. I would recommend Justin and McGrath to anyone looking to sell their property.

Justin provided exemplary advice, guidance and professional courtesy throughout the entire sales process of our property at 193 Anthony Rolfe Ave, Gungahlin ACT. Jason kept in regular communication with us (by emails), even though we were away overseas on holiday for a few weeks during the sale process. At all times Jason's advice was timely & accurate which gave us confidence that he was acting in our best interests consequently the sale proceeded with minimal stress. Wendy & I have no hesitation in recommending Justin as a top sales agent in the Gungahlin area - he knows the market very well and acts with the utmost professionalism at all times.

We recently bought a house at auction through Trenton at Morrisey Property Group. Having dealt with many agents prior to buying this house, I can say that Trenton was unlike any of the others. Honest, approachable and easy to deal with, with none of the BS that you normally associate with real estate agents. Would happily recommend Trenton and would certainly look to engage him if we were to sell in the future.

We are so fortunate to find Justin and to have him as our agent. In the business of property, it is not always easy to tell what, who or how much one can believe the information one gets. But Justin is so exceptional. He prefers facts, honesty and integrity than sweet words or imagination.

Trenton did a superb job selling our house. The whole process from getting our house ready for market to selling the house at auction was seamless. Trenton provided meaningful and honest communication and I especially liked his run downs after each open house. We knew exactly how everything was going. We have spent the last couple of months going to open homes and auctions every weekend. You start to understand the difference between the lazy and dedicated agents. Trenton goes the extra mile in every respect and it is no surprise to me he has won ACT Agent of the year twice. We are truly thankful for his efforts.

Trenton stands out as an excellent real estate agent. He is friendly, reliable and professional. Trenton is informative, and kept me updated on all stages of my sale in a prompt manner. I have previously purchased through Trenton and he did everything he could to make it as smooth as possible. Trenton goes the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect for all parties. Trenton is one of the best real estate agents I know and I would very happily purchase or sell through him again.

Justin not only is a fabulous agent but he is a caring, warm and bit funny. I really didn't want to sell my home but due to unforeseen circumstances I had no choice. Justin included me in everything step of the way. He made my process of selling my first home a really easy a smooth process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone selling a home. Justin thank you so much for understanding how hard this was for me and treating my home as if it was your own home.

We sold our family home of 21 years. We were very impressed that Trenton always took this into account and ensured we were comfortable and informed of the progress of both the open homes and on the final auction day. We were also impressed that he treated prospective buyers in the same manner. It is an admirable trait to show empathy these days. Many thanks to you Trenton.

Trenton is the most diligent, friendly and hard working real estate agent we have ever dealt with. His communication throughout the process of selling our unit was exceptional, and he was able to provide advice around the best marketing strategy and how to best present the property. We are currently living inter-state, and Trenton went above and beyond to make the process easy for us, managing the finer details. Cannot recommend him highly enough to both buyers and sellers, he is a great communicator and genuinely wants the best outcome for all parties. Thanks Trenton.

If you're looking for a real estate agent that takes away all the stress of buying/selling a property than look not further! Trenton is one of the most diligent and thorough professionals I have ever dealt with and he has a faultless eye for detail. In our real estate hunt to find our humble abode, my husband and I dealt we quite a number of real estate agents. Trenton definitely shone out to us from the very beginning. On our first viewing of the property we noticed how well advertised the property was from the main road, with agencies signs leading us all the way to the front door. Morrissey doormats had then been placed at the ground floor to the complex and at the front door of the unit, something we hadn't yet seen in any of the other units we viewed. Trenton's professional image is impeccable. He is always dressed-to-impress, genuinely wants to assist you in any way he can and just generally a great guy! He welcomes people into the home like it's his own and takes pride in what his selling. He actively showed us through the apartment and around the grounds of the complex, highlighting all the features and gave us details of body corporate fees, rates, stamp duty costs etc. After our offer was accepted by the vendor, Trenton actively liaised with our mortgage broker and solicitor to ensure a smooth successful settlement. He contacted us regularly, informing us where the process was at and assisted us with many legal aspects of the process, as it was our very first house purchase! On a professional note, both our solicitor and mortgage broker said nothing but compliments with the way Trenton does business. He definitely has a way of making you feel at ease with what could be a stressful time! He is so organised and his always a step-a-head of the game. Before you even have time to stress about doing something, Trenton has already covered it!! We would definitely recommend Trenton to anyone looking to buy/sell a property. Thanks once again Trenton! Em & Z xx
