We have bought and sold properties through Vicki Hodges in the past so when we decided to put our house on the market as a result of a job transfer, we called Vicki. We didn't bother calling other agents for an appraisal, we know they just tell you what you want to hear to get the listing. We did our own research so had a pretty good idea of what price we were chasing. Vicki does not pull any punches, she calls a spade a spade and that's what we liked. Being in the $650000 to $700000 price range we knew it might take awhile to sell but within a matter of weeks Vicki negotiated an acceptable offer for us. Because we had already relocated, Vicki kindly helped us with giving access to building and pest control inspectors, pool inspector and tiling tradies, nothing was too much trouble. In summary, if you want your home sold, just call Vicki for a no nonsense honest approach, she will get the job done.
