We would like to thank Vicki Hodges for selling our Property. Throughout the whole process Vicki was always on top of everything. Vicki not only did everything to help us as sellers but she also helped the buyer who I am sure appreciated her wisdom and efficiency in dealing with everything that came across her desk. We had our Property on the market for 4 weeks and we were very happy with the outcome and will use Vicki Hodges again whenever we need to. Thanks Vicki.

I would like to say a really big Thank You to Ainsley for selling my investment property within 6 weeks. I would only list my property for sale with Ainsley at PRD because he knows and understands the sales market, his knowledge and communication skills are paramount and he has credibility. He is very honest and straight down the line. No Bullshit! He worked 100% for me as the client and achieved and negotiated a good sale price for me to be able to move on. Thank You Ainsley!! Vicki has been our preferred agent now for selling / purchasing 4 properties in the last 5 years. I highly recommend Vicki as she has been very honest at setting a realistic selling price based on her high level of industry knowledge. She then works very hard to achieve that goal. Vicki gave excellent advice on how to best present our homes for sale and notified us of all inspections and followed up with feedback straight after the inspections. It is very difficult in this industry to find an agent whom you can trust, however this has not been the case with Vicki. If you want action on your property, do not hesitate to contact Vicki Hodges.

We contacted Vicki because her sales success seemed above others in the region. When Vicki came out to look at the property, she was honest about the value and the probable difficulties in getting a sale in this area. We followed her recommendations with advertising and marketing of the property, which turned out to be spot on. She achieved the asking price for the property which sold quickly and without fuss. She managed the whole deal in an efficient and no nonsense manner and I would highly recommend her, which in fact I have done. Mike

We selected Vicki as our agent because of her straight-talking, honest style. Her approach to marketing is aimed at maximising results while minimising unnecessary expense. Vicki has a purpose for every action or activity she undertakes, and each decision has a justification behind it. Every aspect of the sales and marketing process is planned to increase the appeal of the property and boost the chances of a sale. We have used Vicki to sell two properties now and we trust her with our next!

Vicki is a very professional real estate agent who has the ability to effectively communicate and work with a seller to determine a realistic and fair sell price in the applicable market to ensure that a timely and cost effective sale is reached. She will give you a no-nonsense appraisal of the current market. We have sold two houses now with Vicki and both times have been a good experience and good outcome. As a seller, she lets us know almost up to the minute on progress throughout the advertising campaign and at critical contract period milestones. She is fastidious with property photograph selection and a very practical use of advertising resources to ensure best outcome for seller in the most cost effective way. She is an effective negotiator when it comes to final sell price and liaises well between the two parties to find the common ground and get the best outcome from the sellers perspective whilst still being realistic. We would recommend Vicki to anyone!

When we purchased our home, Vicki was the Seller's agent. So when we recently sold our home due to relocating towns, we both agreed that Vicki would be the best person to sell for us. She impressed us with her high level of knowledge of the Bundaberg market and is someone that you are very confident will get the job done for you. We feel she went above and beyond what is standard to ensure that our sale went through as smoothly as possible and with as little stress as possible. We appreciated her friendly yet professional manner and her honesty about price and property matters. We would definitely recommend her to any potential Sellers in the area. Dan and Korin Petersen

Vicki Hodges is a fabulous agent to work with on buying your home. She took us through every step of the process starting from our first viewing to the final settlement. She is supportive and professional throughout and adds value to the experience. As our first home buy, after moving from overseas, we felt blessed to have Vicki by our side. We are still in touch months after our move in date as we share updates with her on home improvements.

Mark was just the right agent for our situation at just the right time. He didn't waste our time with listings that were of no interest to us & we found him to be amiable, personable & easy to work with.

Overall the service provided by Mark was excellent. However the cost for cleaning the house seemed excessive as we allowed new owners to use garage prior to settlement and as the new owners were going to lay tiles throughout the house the cleaning fee I feel was just a waste. Once again Mark Thank you. Peter Ratay

Mark was instrumental in both the selling our property and the purchase of our new one. Mark is very professional in both his appearance and approach with great communication skills and we would certainly use him again for future real estate transactions and recommend him to others.
