Upon meeting Frank I was skeptical, understanding that real estate agents have a “known stigma”. During the process of selling my house Frank, Angela, Daniel and team Bartolone proved to be everything but. They were professional, honest, dedicated and showed a genuine care for my outcome. Frank communicated every aspect of the process. Unfortunately, the market was not in our favor at this time and when he sensed that I was concerned about something, he showed up at my home to ensure me the comfort of knowing he was doing everything in his power to get the best possible result. Seeing Frank and Angela in their element on the auction day really proved that I was in the best of hands all along. I could not have asked for a better outcome. Thank you team Bartolone! Frank, Angela and Daniel were very professional and honest, I appreciated there honesty in telling me the truth and not sugar coating things as other real estates agents normally do to hook you in, Franks team where always upfront , genuine and honest. The team at McGrath were dedicated to keeping us happy at all bends and turns of the current market and I would recommend McGrath to all my friends and family. At Auction the team strived to get me the best price and made our whole experience as least stressful as possible and that was greatly appreciated. We found Frank to be a very professional real estate agent. His knowledge and expertise were demonstrated throughout the whole process - in his dealings with us as a seller and with the buyers. The slow market made it difficult for us to achieve the price we wanted but in the end, with Frank's and his team's perseverance we were able to achieve a price which went beyond our expectations given the circumstances.
