Knowledgeable, personable, dedicated
Frank, Angela and Daniel (the team) were wonderful and worked hard to help us achieve a straight forward sale. We chose Frank after coming across interacting at multiple homes for sale and it was clear they were the best in the field as they were always pleasant, up front and easy to deal with. Nobody as good as Frank!
Frank has now been our agent since 2013, when we sold & bought and now have sold again using Frank and Angela at McGrath Liverpool in November 2018. Whenever anyone is considering selling, no matter who I’m speaking to, I tell them there is no other agent like Frank Bartolone and his team - he will treat you with respect and keep it honest and real. Couldn't ask for anything more in an agent.
From start to finish Glen was fantastic. His knowledge of the market and the area made us confident we would sell our home and enabled us to get as many people through our doors as possible. Glen kept us informed through the entire journey, with constant updates and suggestions on how to move forward. In a tough market, we managed to sell our home at auction for the reserve price. Even after the contract was signed, Glen kept in contact to make sure that settlement went through smoothly. You could not ask for a more trustworthy, hard working agent. Would recommend to everyone.
