Robert & Felix helped us to settle the property. The whole settlement experience is pretty smooth. Felix is responsive when handover from last owner. The only thing that was very below our expectation is their signage wasnt removed after even 2 weeks of settlement, even worst the signage was blocking car park gate that means our cars weren’t be able to get in after 2 or 3 weeks. The contractor eventually didn’t remove signage perfectly but it’s okay we can fix by ourselves. Neverthless I wasn’t planning to put this down but “ratemyagent” has kept sending emails to remind me of this story so I thought I should write down to stop the emails.😅😅😂😂

Buying a property, particularly as a first home buyer, was a bit daunting and was having bad experiences with other agents at other property viewings. I was recommended by our managing agent, to sell 3 investment units in Meadowbank . We sold two units in 2021 and have just successfully sold #3. On all three sales Robert's advice and support have been exemplary. We sold all the units above the expected prices at the time. Robert managed our expectations well while being very pro-active in seeking a better result. He advised us expertly and carefully on how and what to renovate, put us in touch with very good, cost effective contractors to carry out the work and even assisted with coordinating some of the contractors when needed. He put us in touch with a great stylist and used an experienced photographer. Robert is clearly supported by a great team but my dealings were nearly always with Robert himself, who is charming and a good communicator. I highly recommend Robert Bagala & his team.
