I initially purchased my property from Vera, she was a great salesman back then and is an amazing one now, she is very thorough and tentative from the time I approached her about selling, to the sale of the property. Vera provides great local knowledge, amazing communication, worked in with my tenant, I don't live in the area and Vera assisted with quotes and subcontractors gaining access to the property.
